Rul. 81-100 or its exemption from the registration requirements of the federal and state securities laws, all as the Trustee in its discretion determines. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any plan that qualifies as a Keogh plan (also referred to as an H.R. 10 plan) shall not be eligible to participate in the Trust.
