It qualifies as an "Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities" (UCITS) under Part I of the Luxembourg law dated December 20, 2002, relating to undertakings for collective investment (the "Law of December 20, 2002"), and pursuant to the European Community Directive 85/611/CEE, of 20 December 1985, as amended.
