Each winning fund (out of a universe of approximately 7,000 mutual funds) had to outperform its benchmark for the past 1, 3, 5, and 10 years as of 12/31/24. Alger won 12 awards in the U.S. Diversified, Growth, and Large Cap categories. Alger did not pay a fee to be included in this ranking but does pay a licensing fee for use of the 2025 Funds of the Decade logo.

Risk Disclosures: Investing in the stock market involves risks, including the potential loss of principal. Growth stocks may be more volatile than other stocks as their prices tend to be higher in relation to their companies’ earnings and may be more sensitive to market, political, and economic developments. A significant portion of assets may be invested in securities of companies in related sectors, and may be similarly affected by economic, political, or market events and conditions and may be more vulnerable to unfavorable sector developments. Foreign securities involve special risks including currency fluctuations, inefficient trading, political and economic instability, and increased volatility. Assets may be focused in a small number of holdings, making them susceptible to risks associated with a single economic, political or regulatory event than a more diversified portfolio. Active trading may increase transaction costs, brokerage commissions, and taxes, which can lower the return on investment. At times, cash may be a larger position in the portfolio and may underperform relative to equity securities. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

The Board of Trustees has approved a proposal to change the Alger Focus Equity Fund from a diversified company to a non-diversified company and to eliminate the Fund’s related fundamental investment policy on diversification, subject to shareholder approval at a meeting of shareholders, which has been adjourned until August 1, 2025.

Prior to October 15, 2018, the Alger Focus Equity Fund followed its current investment strategy, with the same portfolio managers, under the name “Alger Capital Appreciation Focus Fund.”

Alger pays compensation to third party marketers to sell various strategies to prospective investors.

ETF Investors

This ETF is different from traditional ETFs.

Traditional ETFs tell the public what assets they hold each day. This ETF will not. This may create additional risks for your investment. Specifically:

You may have to pay more money to trade the ETF’s shares. This ETF will provide less information to traders, who tend to charge more for trades when they have less information.

The price you pay to buy ETF shares on an exchange may not match the value of the ETF’s portfolio. The same is true when you sell shares. These price differences may be greater for this ETF compared to other ETFs because it provides less information to traders.

These additional risks may be even greater in bad or uncertain market conditions.

The differences between this ETF and other ETFs may also have advantages. By keeping certain information about the ETF confidential, this ETF may face less risk that other traders can predict or copy its investment strategy. This may improve the ETF’s performance. If other traders are able to copy or predict the ETF’s investment strategy, however, this may hurt the ETF’s performance. For additional information regarding the unique attributes and risks of this ETF, please refer to the prospectus.
